The Steam came out "wxl: Winter" - the loneliness and despair among the prefabricated high-rise buildings in Russia

The Steam appeared indie game wxl: WINTER / IT'S WINTER, in which you have absolutely nothing to waiting. It has no plot and no goals. You simply immersed in the atmosphere of hopelessness, sadness and loneliness.

Gameplay is a so-called sandbox with a painfully familiar to Russian "socket", a small kitchen, zaplovannoy staircase and, of course, eternal snow outside the window. You can move within his empty apartment, or get out into the yard, although there is also no one.

In the absence of other characters and in general any activity distinctly hear the hissing in the kitchen radio, working refrigerator and humming the old bulb in the stairwell. Actually, it is in these sounds and the absence of the target is the whole "romanticism" of the game, which the developers have tried to pass.

The game was created by Alexander Ignatov (sad3d) and is part of a multi-format project "Wxl: WINTER" Ilya Mazo. It also includes a book, a music album, short film and performance.
