Huawei introduced three new notebook: MateBook X Pro, MateBook 13 and 14

, Huawei at MWC 2019 introduced two new notebook. The first - an updated version MateBook X Pro with improved characteristics. Second - MateBook 14, which is a budget version of X Pro.

Both models support Huawei Share technology, which works like AirDrop. If the user has a smartphone and a laptop from Huawei, it can transfer between different files at a speed of 30 Mbit / s via the NFC.

MateBook X Pro

Design and basic chips MateBook X Pro virtually unchanged. The only visual difference - the lack of a company logo on the cover, which was replaced by Huawei inscription. Camera, as in last year's model, hidden in the key F7.

13.9-inch touch screen occupies 90% of the front panel. Its resolution is 3000 2000 pixels, and brightness - 450 nits. The keyboard is full-size, the key travel - 1.2 mm. fingerprint scanner built into the laptop off button.

The laptop has a two-port USB Type-C and one USB-A. After Thunderbolt connector 3 is now possible to connect an external graphics card. Inside can be a processor Core i5-8265U and Core i7-8565U. Memory 8 or 16 GB, and SSD - from 256 GB to 1 TB. Version with i7 comes with a graphics card Nvidia MX250.

MateBook 14 and 13

MateBook 14 and 13 visually very similar to X Pro. Both models of screens with a resolution of 2160 by 1440 pixels.

There are 14 MateBook USB Type-C, HDMI, USB-A 3.0 and USB-A 2.0. Thunderbolt 3 of this model Huawei has decided to refuse. As in MateBook X Pro, in MateBook 14 faces the same webcam and fingerprint reader is built into the power button. For MateBook 13 Huawei made only headphone jack and USB 3.1.

Inside MateBook 13 and 14 is worth the same hardware as in MateBook X Pro, but the maximum amount of half the SSD 512 GB. Note that for 13-dyuymvoy model only 8 GB of memory is provided.

The minimum equipment MateBook X Pro with Core i5, 8GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD will cost 1599 euro. Maximum with Core i7, 16GB RAM and 1TB SDD - 1999 euros. For MateBook 14 with Core i5, 8 GB of RAM Huawei will ask 1199 euros, and with the i7 - 1499. Both laptops will go on sale in 2019.

MateBook 13 will be in stores on 26 February. Its minimal equipment will cost 999 euros and the maximum - 1399.
