banana pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 small banana;
- 2 eggs;
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Preparation. Knead the banana with a fork, add the eggs, stir well and add the cinnamon and baking powder. The dough is obtained as a very fluid cream. Preheat the pan well, lubricate with vegetable oil and bake on low heat for pancakes.
Pancakes are rather rosy, with brown crust, but this does not mean that they are scorched. Just so dark banana. Better to turn a wooden spatula, holding a pancake on the other hand with a fork. Apple-oat pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flakes Fast Food;
- 1/2 cup apple sauce;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 2 tablespoons of butter for baking.
Preparation. All ingredients are mixed in a blender, milled until smooth and bake on low heat until golden brown, after coating pan butter.
The original recipe was said, "applesauce", but since I do not quite understand what it meant, she decided to cook applesauce. Also, for a batter, you can add a little water with apple juice, which remained after baking apples.
