HBO plans to release a special episode of "Friends"

There are also talks with the creators - David Crane and Marta Kauffman.

It is important to note that while the idea is only at the negotiation stage, so take this news with a robust skepticism. In addition, even if the parties are unable to agree, the team is waiting for a new headache - to cram into a tight shooting schedule of the actors.

Representatives of HBO Max and WBTV declined comment.

Earlier it was reported that at the end of 2019 "Friends" leaving Netflix, and from 2020 will be available exclusively on HBO Max platform. For this WarnerMedia have to pay copyright holders for $ 85 million (≈5,464 billion) annually for the next five years.
