Filewatch service will help bring order to the «Google Drive" and clean up all the old documents

Sooner or later, «Google Drive" becomes a real dump. Some shared files you, some shared with you, and someone and generally granted access to your document whole heap of people. Files that are available to everyone on the web or to anyone who has a link to them, marked with an exclamation mark. This means that to them should be treated with special attention, because they may contain any confidential information.
Among other things, the left side shows all users who have access to the same files as you. If you, for example, you see a former colleague, then you probably do not need the files from the list that is associated with it. You can go to each of these documents and to detach ourselves from them.
Filewatch does not store your information on their servers, and requires a minimum of permissions. The service is available in G Suite Marketplace - it means that Google has scanned it and did not find any security threats or confidentiality.
