Contents of accidents through the application will be in November

The government approved the concept of the mobile service, which allows to issue small road accident mobile app "Assistant CTP." It will take no more than 15 minutes, reports "Kommersant".

The pilot project will be launched on November 1 in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad region. To use the service you must be registered on state services portal.

Accident will be made out without the traffic police with the help of the smartphone one of the participants of the accident. It will need to take pictures of the damage, describe collision scheme, Fill in all required fields, and enter data from other participants of the accident. The latter will have to approve a draft of the generated application using links or generated QR-code.

Later, the service will be expanded opportunities - from February 1, 2020 in the application will be able to buy or renew MTPL policyCheck rate bonus-malus and the insurer's license.

In other regions, "Assistant CTP" should start by 2021. In 2022 the application may also be possible to apply for compensation and get directions for repair.
