ZWOW # 67 - twelve minute workout by Zuzana for the whole body. This time it includes all three exercises that combine strength and stretching. Exercise №1. Burpee Stretch - 10 repetitions. If you find it difficult to perform pushups with socks, squeeze with your knees.
Exercise №2. Scorpio Dead-Lift - 10 reps on each leg. This exercise is performed with pins or dumbbells, but I can say from personal experience that even if you do it without the extra weight, you still feel the results.
Exercise №3. Star Crunches - 3 sets of 10 repetitions. After each Star Crunche perform bridge.
