• What is a business system? Morphological, process, structural and functional approach. The energy of a business system is the combined competence of its participants.
• Birth of a business system: formulating a business idea and bringing together participants.
• Infancy of the business system: acceptance of roles, growth of competencies, emergence of a leader responsible for everything.
