Chicken main courses for the New Year - 2024

Cut 400–500 g chicken fillet in half. Cut 400 g of champignons into slices, 1 shallot into small pieces.
Salt the chicken and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a warm place.
In the same pan, melt 2 teaspoons butter. Cook the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes. Add to meat.
Fry the onion for 4 minutes. Pour in 130 ml champagne and scrape the bottom with a spatula. Add salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes. Add 160 ml heavy cream.
After 2-3 minutes, add chicken and mushrooms to the sauce. When serving, garnish with thyme.

2. Chicken stuffed with grapes
