There is a problem - people do not get results from training.
There are three main reasons:
People don't set goals before learning. And even those who know about the importance of goals still don’t do it. I want to change my job and become a cool SMM specialist. This is not a goal, but a desire. With this setting, the result from the course will be appropriate
They don’t reach the end and abandon their studies. Many people find motivation to take action in the first week, but the problem is to continue doing something for a long period of time.
There are goals, there is motivation, but they don’t know what exactly to do - there is no basis. It’s a fairly common phenomenon when we grab onto any information on a chosen topic, move haphazardly, and, as a result, to no avail.
Why did we highlight these three reasons? Yes, because we are engaged in courses and training. Because we are studying this issue and seeing feedback from students
Since we have found out the main three reasons, we will structure the course in such a way as to solve them all one by one.
Let's talk about goals: why set them, which goals help in achieving results and which don't, how to set smart goals. There will be many examples, together we will analyze several cases and of course we will practice.
The next module will give us the answer - how to do it regularly. Let's figure out why it didn't work before and what techniques will help achieve a positive result. We admit that the brain likes to be lazy, but let’s find options on how to outwit it.
When there are no more problems with setting goals and motivation, we will move on to the basics - to the immediate steps to achieve our goals.
