The course prepares for the design, implementation and maintenance of Kaspersky Security for Windows Server in medium and large organizations.
The course describes step-by-step the administrator's steps to successfully deploy and configure the product on an enterprise network. Specific scenarios for configuring Kaspersky Security 11 for Windows Server to solve certain tasks: protection against ransomware viruses, implementation of the Default Deny information security concept, protection of storage systems data.
Laboratory work demonstrates current methods of protecting an information system. The administrator manages the entire infrastructure remotely from his workplace. For this purpose, the Kaspersky Security Center Management Console and the Kaspersky Security 11 for Windows Server Management Console are used. For almost every section of the theoretical part, laboratory work is provided to demonstrate the capabilities of the product and consolidate the acquired knowledge in practice.
