2) a motivational essay demonstrating a high level of professional achievements and leadership potential (winners of the “Leaders of Russia” competition are exempt from submitting an essay)

Dean of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M. IN. Lomonosov, member of the Presidium of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, professor.
Alexander Aleksandrovich Auzan, professor and dean of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M. IN. Lomonosov. Author of 14 books, more than 130 scientific papers. His research interests include institutions and the influence of culture on the economy.
A.A. Auzan is an expert in the field of strategic development of the country and companies. He is a member of the Presidium of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, a member of the Presidium of the Expert Advisory Council under the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, one of the authors of Strategy 2020. Also A. A. Auzan is on the Board of Directors of RVC, Severstal, VEB Ventures.
MODULE 1
ECONOMIC BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
The module is devoted to the specifics of various sectors of the Russian economy and areas of government policy regulation.
At expert discussions in person and on webinars, students discuss industrial policy, tax regulation, competition development, the role and functions of financial regulators. Speakers from government agencies
authorities and expert structures.
The online part of the module is devoted to an in-depth analysis of budget policy and antimonopoly regulation.
MODULE 2
DIGITAL ECONOMY
The module is dedicated to the digitalization of traditional industries and companies, as well as the emergence of new market niches related to the development of information technology.
Expert discussions (face-to-face and online) are devoted to the experience and possibilities of integrating various new technologies: digital twin, Big Data, VR, 5G and the Internet of Things. Speakers come from technology companies with experience leading digital transformation.
MODULE 3
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS LEADERSHIP
The online module is dedicated to the development of competencies related to company management: strategic management, brand management, strategic financial management. Forms of training: webinars, video lectures, business simulation, case studies.
MODULE 4
PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The module is dedicated to the development of personal effectiveness and personnel management. Online training focuses on implementing the best HR practices in the company, the face-to-face session consists of expert presentations on specific aspects of personnel management (labor law, employer brand), as well as master classes dedicated to developing your own soft skills listener
MODULE 5
PROJECT WORK AND WORKSHOP “LEADERSHIP THROUGH MENTORING”
The clients of the projects are large Russian companies, regions, and international non-profit organizations
Students are divided into mini-groups (4-6 people) and work on a project under the guidance of a scientific advisor from Moscow State University.
The group includes students from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University who perform technical work. Students of the program form a system of knowledge management and mentoring within the project team.
