The goal of implementing the advanced training program is to improve the professional competencies of managers and specialists of organizations and enterprises sectors of the fuel and energy complex in matters related to the main directions of state policy for the development and dissemination of breakthrough technologies in the energy sector, including technologies for the use of renewable energy sources and distributed generation, taking into account the growth dynamics of small distributed energy and its regional features, assessment and forecasting of the financial and economic efficiency of small-scale energy development, necessary to improve the professional level and work efficiency.

Mastering the program will ensure an increase in the professional level and improvement of the professional competencies of managers and specialists of organizations and enterprises in the fuel and energy sector through their acquisition of professionally significant knowledge in the field of state regulation of legal relations in the energy sector, tariff setting, assessing the financial and economic efficiency of small-scale energy development, choosing technologies and technological solutions, incentive measures and state support.
As a result of mastering the advanced training program, students must master the following professional competencies according to the main types of professional activity of this specialist (Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the field of training 38.03.02 Management (bachelor’s level), approved By order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 12, 2020.
