The professional activity of persons trained under the Program is to perform the functions of specialists: customer, authorized body, authorized institutions involved in procurement, including those performing the functions of a member of the procurement commission, contract service employee, contract manager; body for regulating the contract system in the field of procurement, body authorized to exercise control in the field of procurement, audit body in the field of procurement; a specialized organization hired to perform certain functions as determined by the supplier (contractor, performer); on participation in determining suppliers (contractors, performers); other types of procurement activities.
