ROBOTICS (MASTER CLASS)
For children 6-15 years old and their parents
Why is robotics so important and popular today? It includes knowledge of such subjects as mathematics, computer science, physics, technology and the ability to apply them in practice, develops motor skills and logical thinking. At the master class, participants will learn the areas of application of robots, and most importantly, learn how to independently create robots and program them. During the master class, children and their parents will get acquainted with the wonderful world of engineering creativity, will be able independently assemble and program the robot for the assigned tasks, take part in interesting quizzes. It is not easy to cope with all the stages, namely designing a robot, assembling it and programming it alone, so the master class is held in a team. In the process of creating a robot, the child will try himself as an engineer, programmer and analyst

3D MODELING (MASTER CLASS)

What is 3D modeling? In what areas is it used? What unites a programmer, an artist, an engineer and a designer? The teacher will talk about this and much more at our master class. Workshop participants will learn that 3D modeling is the process of creating a three-dimensional model of an object. The task of 3D modeling is to develop a three-dimensional visual image of the desired object. With the help of three-dimensional graphics, you can create an exact copy of an object that exists in reality and develop something completely new and fantastic. 3D modeling is a real art that opens up broad prospects for those who decide to master it! The master class on 3D modeling will begin with mastering basic questions, then participants will create their own 3D model, relying on the acquired knowledge and imagination. Classes are conducted using the Inventor engineering program. This is a simple yet powerful program, mastering which will be the first step to understanding the world of 3D technology. At the end of the master class, the children will receive a independently developed model, printed on a modern 3D printer.

MOLECULAR CUISINE (MASTER CLASS)

Molecular gastronomy is a branch of trophology (food science) that studies the physical and chemical processes during food preparation.
The most important principles of molecular cooking are increasing the nutritional and biological value of ready-made dishes and products, as well as improving the digestion process and digestibility of products. During the master class, we will get acquainted with the main food additives (E-327, E-491, E-509...), decipher their composition and conduct interesting experiments with them. Participants in the master class will learn to apply scientific knowledge when preparing food, change the shape and structure of familiar food products and get acquainted with the classic techniques of molecular gastronomy: gelatinization, spherification and emulsification. We will learn how to make colorful marmalade spaghetti, artificial caviar and mix immiscible liquids. You can repeat all the recipes shown in the master class at home.
