Contracts are the basis of a company’s work and the main source of risk. If the company does not have a lawyer, all the work on correctly drawing up contracts falls on the accountant or ordinary employees.
An incorrectly executed agreement will bring many problems: loss of money, bankruptcy of the company, administrative and criminal liability of the accountant's head. Involvement in subsidiary liability for company debts is gaining popularity.
There have been and will be many debates in 2021-2022 about the new rules for tax clauses in contracts. You will also learn about this in the course.
The course will provide the necessary knowledge without studying 1.5 thousand articles of the Civil Code, but at the same time it will teach how and what terms of the contract are formulated, is it possible agree on jurisdiction, how to avoid unnecessary claims from tax authorities already at the stage of concluding an agreement, and at the same time protect yourself from collisions with counterparties and security forces.
