Purpose of the program — formation in students of a comprehensive understanding of the strategic aspects of crisis management at the state and business level, acquisition of practical skills in diagnosing crisis situations phenomena, searching for the causes of crises both at the macro level and in organizations, mastering technologies for recognizing, mitigating, preventing crises, developing anti-crisis business models.

As a result of the training, students will be able to:

• systematically analyze economic phenomena and processes at the macro and micro levels;
• assess the stability of the country’s economy to the crisis and diagnose the state of companies for early detection of negative trends;
• recognize the first signs of a crisis in order to take timely preventive measures;
• develop anti-crisis management programs at the macro level;
• draw up a business recovery plan, including operational methods to overcome the acute phase of the crisis and strategic measures aimed at developing the business and increasing its value;
• evaluate the effectiveness of crisis management.
