Program The qualitative growth of the following competencies among students is aimed at: knowledge of the main categories of project management; formation of the main sections of the consolidated project plan; organizing the project management process as one of the types of management activities; application of basic tools for managing functional areas of the project.
The program is intended for a wide range of professionals involved in project management. The program provides a systematic understanding of modern project management methodology.

The Program examines the basic processes and standards of project management, stages of life project management cycle, and also analyzes the main documents used in the project management. The program is based on the official recommendations of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the standards of the International Project Management Association (ICB IPMA), and also takes into account the Competency Requirements for Management Professionals SOVNET projects.
