This course provides professional development hours (PD hours) for further certification from IIBA.
The Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) is an internationally recognized standard for the practice of business analysis. It summarizes the experiences of leading business analysts around the world and describes 30 basic business analysis problems, as well as 50 commonly used techniques used to solve them.
The course is devoted to the study of one of the BABOK knowledge areas - “Decision Evaluation” of the international professional standard BABOK Guide 3.0.
This area of ​​knowledge examines the business analysis tasks performed by a business analyst to identify and increase the value that a solution brings to an organization.
The study of key concepts and an overview of the content of the “Decision Evaluation” knowledge area is accompanied by detailed explanations using examples from the instructors’ personal experience and world practice.
Students are offered practical exercises to help consolidate their knowledge. In addition, the course discusses how to prepare for IIBA certification.
