About the profession

At the business analysis level, we will tell you how to:

• identify business problems and needs;
• collect requirements so that the IT system meets the customer’s needs;
• predict results and work with data;
• assess what benefits will be after implementing the changes;
• describe business processes, divide them into stages and understand how they are related to each other;
• develop user scenarios.

At a technical level we will teach:

• collect and describe requirements for the future system, translate them from business language into development language;
• design technical solutions;
• set tasks for the development team and accept the result.

Training format

About 10 hours of training per week

• The course starts in mid-March and lasts 3 months
• There will be 2 lectures per week, a workshop and homework
• You will need a computer and fast internet to communicate with teachers in real time

Interactive and networking

• You can ask questions to teachers during a lecture in Zoom or chat in Telegram
• You can discuss homework with your classmates. This will help you learn the material and expand your professional circle of contacts.
