How do I install the final version (Gold Master) iOS7 iPhone and iPad

Download the firmware for your specific device. Direct links are available links to firmware iOS 7 GM (swing in Chrome and then remove ipsw-file from the DMG image):

Take Backup!
Connect the iPhone to your computer and iTunes to iPhone Management section click on the Check for Updates button while holding down the Option key (in OSX) or the Shift (in Windows). If you have not installed the update of iOS 6, the button will simply be called Update.
Next, specify the path to the ipsw file and start the installation of the new firmware.
Then everything will happen by itself, and you will have a new iOS 7.
