The program covers various aspects of market communications: psychology of influence, psychology of sales, game interaction with contact audience, winning the attention of potential consumers using social networks, creating databases using mobile technologies. Study of the traditional elements of the marketing communications mix (advertising, public relations, direct marketing, sales promotion and personal sales), as well as methods aimed at identifying and managing “points of contact”, will make it possible to model purchasing behavior and regulate demand.
