Graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. She defended her dissertation there. He is a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
The first own business was in the field of trade in the early 1990s. Then she launched a company providing IT services for American corporations.
She changed her professional field and took up personnel management. She worked in large companies from different industries. Then for 7 years she was vice-president of the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014. For her work in the Organizing Committee she was awarded government awards: orders, medals, and badges.
After the Olympics, she was director of talent at Sberbank. Then she received an invitation from the International Olympic Committee and began working as an HR expert in the committees for the preparation of the Olympic Games in Korea and China.
In Russia, Marina conducts business trainings, provides consulting services and is engaged in business coaching.

Pavel Alferov is a professor of business practice at the SKOLKOVO School of Management. Main areas of interest: project management, change management, knowledge management, digital transformation.

Professor Alferov has more than 20 years of experience in project, program and project portfolio management expertise. He was involved in the implementation of project management in companies that are leaders in the Russian market: TNK-BP, Alfa Group, X5 Retail group, Sochi-2014 Organizing Committee, PJSC Inter RAO. He is one of the developers of national standards for project management, an assessor of the “Project Olympus” competition of the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Pavel has more than 30 years of experience in IT, 18 of which have been in management positions. Repeatedly served on the Council of the 4CIO IT Directors Club and on the Council of itSMF Russia. He is one of the authors of the textbook for IT Directors 4CIO, a member of the editorial board of the textbook for Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), expert at the Center for Training Leaders of Digital Transformation, one of the authors of the report “Agile approach in government management."
Professor Alferov was responsible for building a comprehensive knowledge management system for the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee. The system has been highly appreciated by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), its main provisions included in the updated version of the IOC Technical Guidelines for Knowledge Management in Olympic Games projects. Pavel is a current IOC expert on planning and knowledge management (IOC Advisor). Conducted training for the organizing committees of Pyeongchang 2018, Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022, member of the KM-Alliance Expert Council.
