The program gives students the opportunity to become familiar with modern theoretical approaches to the study of deviant behavior of youth, and the peculiarities of the inclusion of youth in deviant subcultures. The main emphasis in it is on the study of modern types of deviant youth subcultures, mechanisms of involvement in these subcultures.
Form of study: part-time
Labor intensity of the program: total number of hours - 32 hours: 18 hours - classroom (of which: 12 hours - lectures; 6 hours - practical classes, 2 hours - certification), 14 hours - independent work.
Duration of the program: 1 month
Admission requirements: Students must have a higher education diploma. Participants will be interviewed briefly, which can be conducted online.
Issued document: Upon completion of training, students receive a certificate from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov about the completed advanced training course.
The program is intended for government employees involved in the implementation of patriotic programs education of Russian youth, implementing programs to counter extremism among youth. The program reveals the role of deviant communities in the regulation of behavior and consciousness, included in their activities of young people, gives an idea of the features of modern youth deviant subcultures, highlights the most pressing problems associated with the involvement of Russian youth in these subcultures and ways to counter deviant communities.
The purpose of training – to form students’ knowledge of ways to counter deviant youth communities in secondary schools.

- knowledge about the reasons for youth involvement in deviant youth communities;
- knowledge about modern types of deviant youth subcultures;
- skills to identify young people involved in the activities of deviant youth communities;
- the ability to objectively assess existing problems associated with the involvement of young people in deviant communities;
- possession of practical skills in using tools to counter the involvement of Russian youth in deviant youth communities.
