About the program
- 1 year. Duration of the program from September to May 2022-2023
- 3 times a week. Evening training: Mon and Fri from 19:00 to 22:00, Wed – from 15:30 to 22:00
- 50 students. Training and work are organized individually and in small groups
- 5 years of history. The program was created and implemented by the Graduate School of Business of Moscow State University named after M. IN. Lomonosov since 2017
- 14 faculties. Students from 14 faculties of Moscow State University are involved in the program

1. Training modules on basic management disciplines
2. Work on real business projects
3. Winter practice
4. Preparation and defense of the thesis
5. Summer internship and employment in partner companies of the training program
The program includes lectures on career building and career counseling.

The Graduate School of Business of Moscow State University consists of two buildings:
The VSB-1 building houses: the school's dean's office, offices for bachelor's and master's programs, doing business, a school for young entrepreneurs, a career center and an IT service.

Academic disciplines:
I semester
September-December
In the first semester we dive into the fundamentals of business and management.
We understand the basic soft skills of an effective manager. We try to work individually and in a group.
We study the basics of design work, methods and principles of decision-making in business, we study the basics of business modeling and design thinking.
This semester we will have business excursions to partner companies of the business school, getting acquainted with the specifics of businesses.
Winter project practice
January
During the winter holidays, we immerse ourselves in the work of the program’s partner companies.
We understand the tasks and projects relevant to these areas of business. We meet mentors from partner companies.
The result of the winter practice will be the preparation of topics and plans for the implementation of group projects on the tasks of the business programs chosen by students.
The defense of topics and plans will take place at the beginning of the second semester of study.
Academic disciplines:
II semester
February-May
In the second semester, we master a set of applied tools for an effective manager.
Groups work on their projects together with mentors from partner companies and business school moderators.
We practice presentation and self-presentation skills.
Preparation and defense of the diploma
April May
In April we begin preparing our thesis.
Students work on their thesis and defense as part of a group on topics chosen as topics for their project work.
Scientific advisors from the business school work together with students to prepare their diplomas.
Summer internship and employment
June August
At the completion of the program, you will be offered a summer internship in a partner company of the program according to an individual trajectory.
In practice, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your acquired skills during your studies, as well as gain experience in trainee and specialist roles.
During your summer internship, using your knowledge and skills, you will be able to form an idea of your future and future professional path.
The start and end dates of the internship are individual; the dates are formed taking into account the internship at your faculty. Based on the results of successfully completed internship and training in the program, you will have the opportunity to work in a partner company of the program on a permanent basis.
