It seems that given the importance of sleep in our lives and how great the benefits of sleep are, the course is potentially interesting to absolutely everyone. However, certain categories of people especially need this course.
We invite everyone to gain new knowledge and expand existing knowledge. First, let's tell you a little about our course.
Lesson 1. What is sleep?
In the first lesson, you will learn what the process of falling asleep is, what the stages of sleep are, how the brain knows that it is time to wake up, and how long it takes people of different ages to get enough sleep. You will also learn what time you should go to sleep and wake up and why.

Lesson 5. Sleep problems
