Elena Vitchak is a professor of business practice at the SKOLKOVO School of Management. Elena has an Executive MBA degree, will graduate in 2022 with a master's degree in psychology and psychoanalysis from the Moscow Institute of Psychology, and also has many years of practical experience in the field of management and human capital management, including on the Boards of Directors of major companies Russia and the CIS.

Victor Shkipin is a professor of business practice at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. He graduated from Cavendish College London and St. Petersburg State University.
