Types of Anxiety Disorders
Learn about the different types of anxiety disorders: panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety and phobias. You will learn how to recognize them and what ways to work with them.

Identify your strategies for managing anxiety. Assess their impact on your life in the short and long term. Analyze which strategies are useful for you and which ones you would like to change.
