It consists of two blocks, the first block of the program is devoted to knowledge of the features of the business environment and the formation of company management skills in modern conditions, including legal and tax features of doing business, business models of startups, tools for strategic management, financial management and other. As part of the second block, students will receive practical knowledge and skills in structuring export transactions at all key stages of the export project from market search and buyer selection to return currency VAT.
