The program comprehensively examines the legal aspects of transport and logistics activities, starting with theoretical foundations such as the sources of transport law, legal status of participants in transport communications, legal framework for regulating transport communications in the Russian Federation and abroad, licensing of transport activities. Theoretical knowledge is supported by specific examples and real cases from the teacher - a practicing lawyer with a specialization in the field of transport.

The course will present current examples of court/arbitration decisions on the main issues of concluding, amending, executing, and terminating transportation contracts. The features of contracts, legal regulation and legal organization of transportation will be discussed in detail. by all types of transport: rail, air, road, sea, river, as well as domestic water. Separately, the pilotage agreement, stevedoring agreement, and transport expedition agreement will be covered.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to competently and correctly organize legal support for any transportation and defend the interests of its participants.
