1. Basics
Knowing where and when to apply critical thinking, why many people lack it, and how to develop it.

2. Logics
Understanding of logical techniques, the ability to see cause-and-effect relationships and build logical chains.

3. Violations of logic
The ability to notice situations in which logic is violated and understand situations in which logic does not work.

4. Proof
Ability to use the scientific method to test facts and statements for truth and be able to demonstrate the truth of one's reasoning.

5. Thinking Errors
Knowledge of cognitive distortions that are associated with the ability to understand and evaluate information, arguments and their sources.

6. Working with Emotions
The ability to cope with emotions and think with a “cool head”, without succumbing to tricks and provocations.

7. Checking sources
Ability to search for sources and look at information from different perspectives to eliminate bias and form an opinion.

8. Fact checking
The ability to check quotes and facts for accuracy, recognize fake photographs, work with percentages, statistics and other numerical indicators that are easy to manipulate.

9. Manipulation
The ability to resist manipulation, knowledge of its techniques and the ability to distinguish common sense from attempts to control oneself.

10. Help others
The ability to create doubt in people that their point of view is the only correct one, and to help them learn to think critically.
