VP Fitness Consulting puts high-quality training of fitness specialists at the forefront of its activities. Upon completion of training, they will be able to immediately realize themselves in the profession of a trainer and bring to the masses the ideology of a healthy, intelligent person fitness.

The company was founded in 2014 by two successful trainers, who at that time had already worked in fitness clubs across the country for more than 13 years. various positions, such as: personal trainer, gym coordinator, fitness manager of the largest chain in the city, manager fitness department in a premium club, manager of a fitness club in the economy segment, development consultant, business training trainer managers.

This experience allowed me to see both the beautiful shell of fitness and its seamy side. It became clear, no matter what the name of the fitness club is and no matter how much the annual subscription costs, it will always have problems with personnel related to that most trainers do not have special education and their recommendations on exercise techniques are based only on their personal experience. “Do it this way because I did it and pumped it up”! Few people can justify the optimal technique for performing an exercise, citing fundamental disciplines: anatomy, biomechanics and physiology. And therefore, the risk of injury and failure to realize the client’s goal increased enormously. Through this pain and non-acceptance of this fact, the VP Fitness company was created, which primarily promotes adequate and healthy fitness. We do not train sports champions, because sport is far from health!

We are for a reasonable approach to fitness training, combining a variety of programs. This includes a gym with mandatory stretching and functional exercises, and group programs with a swimming pool and area martial arts, this includes cardio training with functional all-around, these are separate areas for correcting posture and Pilates... And a real fitness trainer must be able to competently combine all these loads, which will definitely help achieve the client’s goal and improve the quality of his life!

In 2018, the online division VP Fitness Consulting was opened. We are proud that our training center is the first in Russia to remotely teach the profession of “Fitness Trainer” to everyone from any region of the world!

To date, more than 6,000 of our graduates are realizing themselves as trainers in 28 countries and more than 80 cities.
