The joint program between British and Poison Drop is designed for designers and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to breathe new life into their jewelry brand. Also suitable for anyone who wants to build a successful business in the jewelry industry.
Under the supervision of Poison Drop co-founder Irina Kuznetsova, students will learn from a real-life example how a small showroom without investment to become a leading jewelry department store with a portfolio of more than 120 brands. In the process, you will receive valuable insights from leading industry experts.
The program consists of four blocks: marketing, finance, product and trends.
Students will study financial planning, understand what financial indicators are key, and understand sales and promotion. They will also learn how to attract investment and be able to predict the commercial success of their brand. Teachers will share practical skills in building the marketing strategy necessary for competitive advantage.
Upon completion of training, graduates will be able to create their own working business plan, which will take the brand to a new level.
