An educational project that grew out of the experience and expertise of the SETTERS agency.
Our team has won brands, festivals and people’s hearts with its creativity, production and unconventional approach to communications. We decided to return the love and share our knowledge.
We create lifelong learning. Courses, workshops, podcasts, Digital Pack, COLLEAGUES conference and other products that help specialists and companies continuously develop in communications, marketing, management and digital.
SETTERS EDUCATION is not about grades, diplomas and completed education. Our strength lies in constant renewal and thirst for knowledge. You can start learning anywhere and anytime. Any moment to start is right. And it doesn’t matter who you work for, how old you are or where you live. Training is available anytime, anywhere.
SETTERS EDUCATION speakers are team leaders, direction directors, leading specialists and invited experts. They give TED talks, lecture at universities, win awards for case studies, and are constantly learning new things.
Natalya Babaeva is the ex-director for development of the publishing house Mann, Ivanov and Ferber. She worked as an editor at Yandex and studied marketing at the University of California at Berkeley.
She founded the “Changer School”, where she teaches changer skills to employees and helps them grow systematically and evolutionarily.
The course is a legal and pedagogical workshop, built on the discussion of cases, their analysis and the development of recommendations for effective professional actions in typical situations.
