Dedicated to the current topic of state control and supervision of compliance by employers and foreign citizens with migration legislation.
The course provides theoretical knowledge and develops practical skills on issues of inspections in the field of migration, covers news and main trends in dynamically changing legislation.
Much attention is paid to the issues of preventing and leveling negative consequences for employers when violations are detected during an inspection.
An important and significant aspect of the course is the study of the most frequently identified typical violations, analysis and analysis of specific cases, as well as familiarization with extensive judicial practice.
