Now it’s not enough just to work in Photoshop and be able to draw layouts. A strong designer understands people's needs and creates friendly interfaces. I do UX/UI design because I enjoy not only developing products through research, but also improving the customer experience of those products. It's exciting to see how ossified systems are transformed into digital products that take into account customer needs. To my students To understand the UX/UI system, I had to dive into web design and then master all research methods and learn how to apply them on products, while simultaneously interacting with team. Nowadays, UX/UI designer is one of the in-demand professions on the market. Digital products are evolving, and the specialist’s skills must also improve. The designer now influences strategic product decisions and also closely integrates design work with other product tasks. At the time when I began to immerse myself in this specialty, it was just gaining momentum and had a lot of hype and demand in the labor market in Russia (when it had long been developed in Europe).
