The course is designed for graduates working in the field of geosciences interested in increasing its publication activity in English in high-ranking international magazines.
What will you learn?
The course develops students' strong written communication skills in English. The course will provide mastery of the basic professionally required genres of academic writing. The ability to solve communicative problems using language in typical situations of formal and informal written academic communication will be formed.
How are classes going?
The course consists of alternating theoretical lectures with practical and independent studies. The classes will end with a final assessment, in which students must submit a scientific article prepared for assessment. publications in English in a highly rated foreign journal (step-by-step work on the article continues throughout the course training). Upon successful completion of the training, students are issued a standard certificate of advanced training.
