More than 15 years in corporate finance and enterprise economics in such areas as manufacturing, design and construction, insurance, leasing, consulting.
Duration and format of training: 24 academic hours in person or online.
Professional retraining and mini-MBA. The program volume is 444 hours. Students get a real opportunity to familiarize themselves with and analyze practical experience in monitoring the financial condition of a company, effectively financial planning and cash flow forecasting, assessment and support of investment projects, selection and optimization of sources financing. Particular attention is paid to the study of new tools and techniques in the practice of financial management.
Duration and format of training: 16 academic hours in person or online. The commercial director is a top manager responsible for the formation of the final performance indicators of the enterprise and for maximizing the revenue side of the budget. He must not only skillfully manage his commercial service, but also know down to the smallest detail the working methods of the procurement, sales, marketing, logistics departments, and the best global practices of commercial services. The seminar discusses modern technologies for managing the commercial activities of an organization, increasing sales, and increasing the profitability of an enterprise. During the lesson, the work of the commercial director and the entire commercial service is examined from the perspective of lean manufacturing - one of the most effective technologies in business.
