I always wanted to make my company become a world-class manufacturer. In fact so it happened: today we are working with two dozen countries. But to achieve this, it was necessary to learn from the leaders. Therefore, in 2012, I flew to the US to learn how things work in western corporations.
Since a trip to America for business practices have become regular. In the last month I spent and met with partners every day. In the six years of visits to major companies, I met all kinds of people. And now I describe a typical American businessman - the way I see it.
1. Dressed not snobbish
The main difference between the American businessman of Russian - immediacy. Today's executives do not care about the image of a business person. No expensive watches and formal suits. Sometimes excessive strictness even blamed. 6. Puts clear goals for the company and each of its members
