From 1981 to 1996 worked at the branch of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after prof. NOT. Zhukovsky (TsAGI) as a research engineer. He specialized in the study of the aerodynamics of bluff bodies, the aerodynamic compatibility of naval aircraft and aircraft carriers, studies of the hydrodynamics of the plumage of a number of special equipment objects, as well as in the development of numerical methods in aerodynamics.
With the active participation of Vilen Mikhailovich, recommendations were developed for ensuring the takeoff and landing of ship-based aircraft, used for currently in everyday practice of operating Su-33 naval fighters on the heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser "Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union" Kuznetsov." Participated in full-scale tests of a number of aircraft-carrying ships of the USSR Navy.
Through software development, Vilen Mikhailovich made an important contribution to the process of automating experiments in TsAGI wind tunnels. Has a number of copyright certificates for introduced inventions. He graduated from TsAGI correspondence graduate school with a degree in Mechanics of Liquids, Gases and Plasmas.
From 1996 to 2007 worked in various design and construction organizations in positions from chief engineer to general director. Involved in the implementation of CAD systems based on AutoCAD of various versions, training staff to work in AutoCAD.

Gabidulin V.M. 3D modeling in AutoCAD 2016. M., 2016
The book is intended for quickly mastering 3D modeling in the latest version of the computer-aided design system AutoCAD 2016. Starting with version 2013, the AutoCAD system has been supplemented with very powerful tools for the automated creation of drawing documentation using projection views. While maintaining continuity, the new version of the program continues to improve and develop these tools. The manual provides a necessary and sufficient set of commands to understand the principles of operation and get started working in 3D space. The book contains a large number of exercises, each of which represents a complete real object.
The publication is intended for users who have experience working in the two-dimensional AutoCAD environment. The material may also be useful to students, architects and engineers who decide to master 3D modeling.
Creating 3D models is a more labor-intensive process than constructing their projections on a plane. AutoCAD supports three types of 3D models: wireframe, surface and solid. You will learn how to create and edit 3D objects, visualize objects, and create layouts. You will become a high-level specialist and will be able to confidently perform design tasks using 3D modeling tools.
