- studying emotions: how to play real emotions correctly;

Day four

- exercise “Figure”, in which group members show given objects and phenomena using body language;
- “Sculptor” exercise, during which everyone takes turns creating a picture or panorama, arranging the participants in accordance with the plan.
Homework: observe how people behave when experiencing a particular emotion.
Module 2
The first day

- studying and practicing proper breathing techniques.
Homework: practice proper breathing skills in normal speech.
Second day
- strengthening the skill of proper breathing;
- studying and practicing the skills of correct diction.
Homework: practice correct diction and breathing.
Day three
- testing proper breathing and diction skills;
- study of movement dynamics;
- exercise “On the dance wave”, in which participants learn to adapt to changing conditions with movements that are most suitable for the context.
Homework: observe the movement of the body (your own and others) in different situations, analyze and remember.
Day four
- homework discussion;
- compiling and presenting a “Wonderful Product/Service” presentation in which participants demonstrate the skills they have learned.
Homework: review the topics covered, prepare for module 3.
Module 3
The first day
- exercise “What do they feel?”, in which participants, looking at people and cartoon characters in images, try to feel their emotional background;
- exercise “Show the emotion.”
Homework: write a diary of emotions, in which at least 10 situations per day will be noted that caused an emotional response.
Second day
- exercise “Tell an emotion without naming it”;
- exercise “Parade of Feelings”, in which each participant plays one or another feeling.
Homework: continue writing a diary of emotions.
Day three
- script writing skills: main idea, colorful speech techniques.
- drawing up a script for a general performance.
Homework: diary of emotions, working on your character.
Day four
- presentation of your character, his inner world;
- character costume;
- first rehearsal.
Homework: rehearse the role.
Module 4
The first day
- performance rehearsal;
- exercise “What if it changes...”, in which an already practiced role is subject to improvisation;
- studying improvisation techniques.
Homework: bring improvisation into your usual actions, write it down in your diary.
Second day
- We play a play with reversed roles: participants learn to play the role of an antagonist.
- rehearsal of a planned performance.
Homework: come up with a script for a trailer for the play.
Day three
- discussion of the trailer script;
- shooting a trailer in which each of the participants learns to reflect only the essence of their character.
Homework: prepare for the performance
Day four
- showing the performance to the audience.
