The SKOLKOVO School of Management was created in 2006 by Russian entrepreneurs - founders of large companies, philanthropists, representing the main sectors of the Russian economy.

Alexander is a professor of business practice at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. For more than 15 years, he has been part of the international team of teaching consultants at the Stockholm School of Economics in St. Petersburg. Since 2013, he has been collaborating with the Hanken SSE business school (Helsinki, Finland).
Primary area of expertise is strategy through multiple perspectives: market and competitive advantage, product development, client portfolio management, sustainable growth and financial strategy. Specializes in developing business models, creating value propositions, and building a financial strategy. Alexander's current areas of interest are strategic choice, deliberate business disruption, product strategy and NPD.
Current member of the Board of Directors and consultant to the board of a number of Russian and international companies. Alexander advises and supports projects on optimization and restructuring of business, support mergers and acquisitions of companies, as well as activities aimed at increasing the value companies.

Moti Kristal is a professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where he teaches complexity and systems thinking, negotiation, communication and crisis management for students of MBA, EMBA and various groups managers. In 2019, he founded the Center for Negotiations and Network Organizations in SKOLKOVO together with his colleague Marat Atnashev.
Moti is the founder and CEO of NEST - Negotiation Strategies. After building a distinguished career as one of Israel's leading negotiation experts, he founded NEST to implement a unique systematic approach to global negotiation practices and, thanks to its experience and success, benefit private and public sector.
Professor Moti Crystal has held senior positions in Israel's official negotiating teams with neighboring states for nearly a decade and is a lieutenant colonel in the Israeli Armed Forces; has extensive experience in operational work in crisis situations and negotiations for the release of hostages. Over the past 20 years, he has provided assistance, advice and training to business representatives, senior managers, CEOs and senior government officials in the USA, Europe, Russia, CIS countries and Asia in the analysis, planning and development of complex negotiations processes. He has experience in the energy, construction, finance, technology, pharmaceutical, industrial, transport and aviation sectors. His experience ranges from complex deal negotiations, cross-cultural business dispute resolution, union conflicts and enterprise management, post-merger integration and project management to national business and crisis management level.
Professor Crystal also lectures at leading EMBA programs at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University and Arison Business School at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. Professor Crystal is a regular columnist and author in the international media, speaker at international conferences, and is also published in academic publications devoted to negotiation processes and crisis management situations.
Moti graduated from the Bar-Ilan Law School in Israel (1994) and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (1998), and is a member board of the International Association for Conflict Resolution and member of the Steering Committee of the PIN Group company (processes in international negotiations).

Svetlana is a top manager with unique experience in change management and successful digital transformations in several industries - media, banking and education. Svetlana's professional areas are communications, media, marketing, PR and education.
Professor Mironyuk received her Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2016. She also completed the following programs: “Behavioral Economics” at the Yale School of Management, “Digital Economics, Marketplaces and Fintech” at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Svetlana is currently studying in the DBA program at Bocconi University.
Svetlana has extensive management experience in Russian corporations and media holdings. She participated in the creation of the first independent Russian media: NTV, Ekho Moskvy, and the Segodnya newspaper. In 2003-2014, she was the editor-in-chief of Russia’s largest media holding, RIA Novosti, and transformed it into a market leader. In 2016-2018, she was involved in marketing transformation at the largest bank in Russia, Sberbank, and PwC Russia. Since 2019, he has been Vice-Rector for Operations and Digital Development at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
Professor Mironyuk is the winner of many state awards and professional awards. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the best marketing directors in the financial industry (ACAR). Twice (in 2007 and 2011) she was recognized as media manager of the year, in 2013 - media manager of the decade (National Award). She was awarded the Order of Honor and the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree.
Svetlana has been collaborating with the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO as a professor of business practice since 2017. Svetlana's main teaching and research interests are focused on digital and organizational transformation of companies, digital marketing, consumer behavior and loyalty, as well as communication rules and reputation management for brands and experts in digital channels. Svetlana’s experience is in demand in all major educational areas of the School. She teaches in open, corporate and degree programs.
Svetlana actively participates in socially significant projects and the activities of various non-profit organizations: Gift of Life Foundation and Friends Foundation. He teaches on a voluntary basis at the Moscow School of Philanthropy.
