Today, in a highly competitive environment, the ability to come up with bold and innovative ideas is a critical skill for creators and others. Techniques for creating communication ideas influence the breadth of thought, teach you to move away from habitual solutions and diversify your routine.
Over the course of a month, you will figure out what distinguishes bold ideas from ordinary ones, how to come up with them, and how to save them during the implementation process. You will go through a week-long sprint, during which you will develop ideas based on real briefs from Yandex and present the best one to the marketing team. In the last classes, you will learn how to make a competitive portfolio and supplement yours with concepts from the practical part of the course.

Week 1. What makes a creative bold?
-let’s get to know each other, divide into teams and study the briefs from Yandex
- let’s look at what distinguishes bold ideas from ordinary ones and what they are like;
-we will analyze the latest global cases, analyze trends and discuss how to apply them to your work;
- practice: let's collect a bank of bold ideas.
Week 2. How to come up with lots of bold ideas
-we will study the methodology of developing ideas and creative techniques;
- let’s understand what helps and what hinders inventing;
- practice: we’ll conduct a little research that will form the basis of your bold ideas.
Week 3. Creative sprint: how to create bold ideas in practice
-we will come up with a lot of bold ideas in teams using frameworks and creative techniques;
- consider the criteria for evaluating and selecting ideas, the methodology for their refinement and the form of submission to the client;
-we will discuss how to present ideas and negotiate with a client;
- we’ll pitch the strongest ideas to the Yandex team, get feedback and discuss it.
Week 4 How not to lose a bold idea during the implementation process and how to create a competitive portfolio
-we will discuss what can go wrong at the stages of implementing an idea and what needs to be provided to prevent this from happening;
- let’s look at what a strong portfolio is and what employers pay attention to;
-we will learn how to select and present works, how to talk about yourself and your professional skills;
-let's talk about CVs, cover letters and job applications;
- practice: analyze portfolio examples and identify principles that can be applied;
-we will end the course with a Q&A session, during which we will discuss the remaining questions.
