Cut the rabbit into portions. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream with seasonings and brush the rabbit meat on all sides.
Cut the onion into quarters of rings or smaller, chop the garlic with a knife. If you want to add potatoes, cut them into medium pieces.
Place meat and vegetables in a sleeve or baking bag. Tie it up.
Place the bundle in a mold and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C for about an hour and a half.
In terms of time, be guided by the features of your oven.
15 minutes before cooking, cut the bag so that the vegetables and meat brown.
