More details about places and organizations in the city are now available in Yandex Maps. Places that serve as landmarks, such as museums, temples or theaters, now have visual photographs. They will make it easy to recognize the building and not pass by.

Place labels are now accompanied by short descriptions so that some useful information can be obtained immediately without clicking on the place. For example, in a cafe it could be “Vietnamese cuisine” or “signature cocktails.” Such signatures are YandexGPT based on user reviews.

If you click on the label, Yandex Maps will display other places from the same category within a radius of a couple of kilometers - so that you can compare them with each other and select.

At the same time, the organization cards were also updated. They now have videos that give you an idea of ​​the interior and atmosphere of the place. Organization owners and users have already downloaded about 650 thousand videos for more than 215 thousand organizations.

Also in the cards there is a section “Briefly about the place” - it includes interactive stories that YandexGPT compiles based on reviews and the most characteristic features. If necessary, you can immediately build a route to the place.
