Microsoft Forms, a new office application, has been released on Windows

Microsoft released the new Forms office application is a client of the service of the same name for Windows, previously available only as a web version. Using Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, questionnaires, and tests with quick import of results into Excel.

The app uses AI to suggest questions based on the survey topic. You can personalize your survey by choosing a theme, adding images and music. You can start work either from scratch or from one of the templates.

The finished form can be sent to participants as a link or QR code via email, social networks or Teams messenger.

Collected data is visualized and updated in real time, and can also be exported to Excel for deeper analysis.

To use the application you need internet.

Microsoft Forms can be installed on computers running Windows 10 and 11; there is no word yet on a client release for other platforms.
