Imagine: in front of you is a plate of crumbly boiled potatoes, emitting delicious steam. A good piece of butter melts on top of the dill scattering. You break off a hot, velvety piece with a fork, put it in your mouth, and then immediately throw in a couple of juicy, elastic pickled mushrooms. An explosion of taste, a waltz of textures, everything that makes good home cooking so many fans.
Introduced? You can peel potatoes. In the same half hour that it will cook, you will have excellent mushrooms ready to go with it.
This is a basic, basic recipe for quick marinated champignons. There's not too much vinegar in the marinade, so the mushrooms still taste like mushrooms without the eater's face sucking in like a cartoon character swallowing an entire lemon. There is no excess water in it - most of the liquid is the juice that the champignons released, so the marinade turns out to be as rich as possible. And of course, absolutely no one and nothing prevents you from adding your own additions: making it sweeter or saltier, adding your favorite spices, herbs, or even hot peppers.
