Google Registry replenished new interesting top-level domain - .ing. It is already available during the early access period.
However, now you have to pay an “additional one-time fee” for it. The price will decrease daily until December 5th. Afterwards it will officially become publicly available.
By The Verge notethat you can now create memorable and unusual website names. They even experimented with different words to check the availability of .ing domains through GoDaddy search. As it turns out, some common words ending in -ing are very expensive. For example, think.ing and buy.ing cost $38,999.99 and $129,999.99 per year respectively. But they managed to find several good options and at a very affordable price. They did not name them, but only wished those wishing “good hunting.”
Google is also working on a "meme" domain, .meme. It is currently in a limited registration period. Early access to it will open on November 28, and from December 5 it will be available to everyone.
