Bollywood directors are working on a new film for Marvel

The studio became acquainted with the work of the trio through the Russo brothers, also known for “Avengers: Endgame». Now they are all filming an Indian spin-off of the series “Citadel” for Amazon.

According to the source, Marvel liked Raj and DK's unusual filmmaking style. After a working meeting, they agreed to create a new cool story. To begin with, the directors were tasked with coming up with a basic plot for the film about the origin of the superhero. And they are already writing the script.

However, it is still unknown who this story should be about - an Indian superhero or a character from Marvel comics who has not yet appeared in the cinematic universe.

Previously, Raj and D.K. agreed on a multi-year creative collaboration with Netflix. They will produce and film all joint projects under their own brand D2R Films.
