Asus introduced a portable projector ZenBeam L2 with Android TV and Chromecast

Asus showed new portable projector ZenBeam L2, which can be used completely autonomously, without connecting an image source and audio system.
The projector's native resolution is 1080p and supports 4K HDR content. The maximum brightness of the LEDs is 960 lumens. The projector also boasts a wide sRGB color gamut coverage of 120%, which should provide vibrant images with accurate color reproduction.
The short throw lens allows you to project a 40-inch image from a meter away. The maximum picture size is 120 inches, projection is possible from a distance of 3.1 meters. Image distortion is automatically corrected vertically and horizontally, and autofocus and obstacle avoidance are also supported.
The projector is equipped with a 10W Harman Kardon speaker with Smart Amp technology to enhance sound. With Asus Light Wall technology, the projector can be used as a smart lamp: it supports 26 lighting modes.
The projector runs on Android TV 12 and supports all Google Play apps for TVs. There is also Chromecast for convenient screen mirroring and Google Assistant for voice commands. By wire, the image source can be connected via HDMI or USB, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack is also in place.
The 65 Wh battery provides up to 3.5 hours of battery life, and there is a handle for carrying.
The company also demonstrates environmental responsibility with the ZenBeam L2 projector, using a mercury-free LED light source and FSC Mix certified eco-friendly packaging.
Asus ZenBeam L2 is priced at $722 (≈69,700 rubles), sales are expected to start on October 11.
